The Stolle Bakery, an international franchise specializing in Eastern European Cuisine located in the historic Falchi building in Queens is a recent example of food production and food establishment facilities in New York City that we have acted as architect and expediter on coordinating the prototype design with local designer, engineering, food service equipment, special inspections, building department and building management requirements.
