In collaboration with Studio SC , we developed and executed a seven (7) story building on  third avenue just off the Gowanus Expressway in Brooklyn.  Built on a challenging lot that many architecture firms thought was not possible to develop, this office acted as Architect of Record (Christopher Teeter, RA) and code consultant helping achieve approval based on the envelope design.   Additionally, this office provided construction detailing for design elements developed by Studio SC.
