Competition entry for the New York City AIDS Memorial developed with Christian Duvernois Gardens/Gallery.

The Memorial Park design features two levels; the first is an open space surrounded by a fractured glass façade.  The second level lies beneath the public park, and is connected by cascade of water that flows throughout the site. The programmatic gradient, from reflective to active, is represented by this continuous channel of flowing water.
