Metamechanics acted as the designer and construction management consultant from the first property studies and fund raising throughout the entirety of construction to the opening of the pre-school located in the Upper East Side of New York City on 2nd Avenue.  The project was completed at about half the initial construction costs and required constant interaction with all team members to maintain schedule and costs.
